Thermal Glue

Hi guys, wonder if anyone can answer this question.

At what temperature (on average) does thermal glue start to melt?

I want to make sure that this stuff i'm using (in the Alpenföhn Passive DRAM / VRAM Chip Cooler kit) doesn't melt easily and unstick the heatsinks at load..

From one of these? About 120dC or 190dC depending on the type.

As long as you thoroughly degrease the chips before sticking on the heatsinks they should stay on below 100dC
