I opened my PC to clean it a little today and when I went to put it back I realized the thermal paste I had left was not enough to install the cooler. The closest place to my house only had Hydronaut, which is meant to be Kryonaut without silicon and slightly worse. I was not sure about it but did not want to wait 1 day for Kryonaut to be delivered so I bought it. It was in my opinion harder to apply, but still doable. It ended dropping my temps by about 2C on idle, and while gaming the highest spike was 71C compared to 75C. Im surprised but happy I got Hydronaut instead since it seems to work better in my experience.
