Thermal paste with CPU or cooler?

Hey guys,

Going to be ordering my Intel Q9550 and Arctic Cooling freezer 7 pro soon

Just want to know... Will one of the 2 come with thermal paste or will i need to buy some separate? If so what would you recommend?.

I will be overclocking but nothing serious, so will stick with the pre-applied.
