Thermal Paste

If I was gonna get the Zalman CNPS9500-LED, would it be a good idea to get some thermal paste with it too?

it has some thermal paste with it but its not arctic silver 5.....

AS5 is the best in the business, and a tube will last you a fair while so its a good investment too.
