Would i notice a big diffrence from my cheap thermal paste and then to go Artic Silver i have currently lapped cpu i have noticed idle temps are good but when go to stress it, it gets hot a lot quicker?

I have saw a thew posts about it that some people have noticed a big diffrence like 10c lower.

44 idle at 3.4ghz 1.4v

forgot to menchin cpu is lapped temps were little better without it been lapped at load, wouldn't go over 60c

but also less thermal paste on this time as it was a bit watery
