Thermal paste

Hi all,

I'm looking for advice on what thermal paste to get for my system.

I have a 7700k and my cooling system is a 360 rad custom loop using a Liquid.cool Strike ONE CPU Waterblock.

Most people on here will say thermal grizzly kryonaut, I have some myself but to be honest don't find it to be much if at all any better then artic mx4.
