Hey Guys,

My friend has got Vapo-chill case, and when he turns it starts to beep and shows a Error Message on the little LED display (Error 41), so I think and so does my friend that there may be a Thermal sensor problem.

Any idea's on how to override this problem, as the PC is defo not going to overheat. Do you think putting the motherboard back to factory settings will get rid of this problem?

"To All,

Thanks for the tips, had an Error 41, stripped down the head unit and bingo, found the temp sensor crimped between the 2 base plates on the chiller head, straightened it out and now running well cool, managed -28 C which is the lowest for a long time, also the compressor is now throtteling back on the power again.

It is pretty straight forward to take apart and rebuild, thanks for all the advice.

Anybody getting problems cooling or the system continuously max power to achieve cooling should look at the sensor in the chill head.

PS: Have an XE built by SavRow, over 2 years old now so no warrenty, running at 4GHz, still crunches the hell out of most pc's, including my newest home build which is a 3.6 Pentium D clocked to 3.74.

Never got the Vaporchill software with my system, how does this work then...?"
