Introducing their *new* 250D Suppressor F1 ITX chassis!

It's gotten beyond funny now...

Personally with todays retail price madness I am not sure if Thermaltake are doing that bad a thing, more affordable cases for enthusiasts is no bad thing.

I would have loved a Caselabs case, but the price, lack of included dust filters, and complex ordering and importing process make it a pipe dream and a complete put off for many. All things that Caselabs could address and improve upon to entice potential customers.

One day I envisage morgages for computer cases and GPU's, most of which simply end up at such inflated prices because it's what the consumer thinks it's worth.

I honestly dont care at all, I love my Core x9 and I am not spending a thousand dollars (case+shipping+customs/VAT) on a caselabs cube case with room for 3 480 rads.

So, the 250D has buttons, audio and USB ports on the front, this Tt case has them on the side. The 250D has feet that are integrated into the outer chassis, this Tt case doesn't appear to have that.

Beyond them being cube-ish shaped and a similar size and finish, where exactly is the copying going on?

:)

Windows and vents are common on all cases, So are fronts and rears..

If you have a cube to work with... well... youre gonna end up with a window or vent on the top or side, and a front and a rear :P

It looks better than the 250D. This is also what happens when features are standardised, cases from different manufacturers look similar because they are all employing the same features.

I understand Thermaltakes pervious cases looked a lot like those made by Caselabs but honestly I don't understand how this case looks like a 250D. If anything it looks like a shrunk down Fractal case but like Cooper says, there is only so much you can do with a small box. :)

I think its good that someone does a similar product for far cheaper

Don't know why this would bother anyone really as Caselabs are taking the pee with their prices
