ive just got a new cpu cooler second hand, and on the copper bit, theres no thermal paste. so obviously i need to buy some, question is which one and how much do i use? do i need liquid metal? and whats the difference between cryonaut and the other one, thanks

ah ok, why do i need alcohol wipes what will i be cleaning?
would i need that if im getting a new cpuOnly need them to clean the paste off your cpu when you replace the paste
