Thermalright BA120 ARGB CPU Air Cooler - Spins, No Lighting

Have recently purchased the above CPU cooler:

Burst Assassin 120 ARGB – Thermalright

Unfortunately I'm getting no lighting as I can't connect my (historic) AM4 Gigabyte mobo, which only has a 4-pin RGB header.

I assume I would need a 4-pin to 3-pin converter/adapter. If so can anyone recommend a reputable one?

This will enable your lighting to work although it won't be tied to the motherboard. Instead it's powered by a sata plug from the psu and you set the colour/pattern from the controller.

Thanks. Hadn't considered bypassing the mobo connector and going directly to the PSU. Will give it a go.
