According to those over at XS it seems it is currently scheduled for the end of May or thereabouts. It should be interesting to see how it performs.

[h]ocp gave it a review, comparing it only to the stock heatsink because "its on their new testbed". so whack at least 1 single other competing heatsink on the new testbed. so very hard to tell how it does compared to anything else. anandtech have been on top of reviewing most new big coolers lately and did both the previous 120 ultra sinks from thermalright so i would assume will get a review of this up in not to long.

ambient idle temps, both stock with one fan, and when overclocked with 2x120mm fans? 
that's dead sexy! Plus sub 60C temps with 1.5V!
Imagine 2 or 3 140mm fans! Or a 35mm thick beast in the middle! Or a lapped CPU (wonder if they checked for concave IHS?)
