are coolers this size REALLY that much more better at cooling or is it because they are silent that people buy them
Also the fact taht all that heat is going into your case now. Although i beleive the stock one is pritty poo and does that anyway instead of exhausting it. But at least it has a fan, you need a fan drawing the heat away.
'All that heat' generally makes bugger all difference, you don't need a fan either. If the heatsink has enough surface area it will dissipate the heat without forced cooling.
Edit: Troop, you got that Accelero on yet?
Are those benchies with or without a fan? And If with a fan, how exactly do you attach one to it? Cheers
