ThermalRight SI-97 V's Gigabyte G-Power Pro

I need more cooling for my athlon 3200xp, what gives better performance out of Gigabyte G-Power Pro and ThermalRight SI-97 (with a low noise 90mm fan)?

Are there any other better cpu cplers that attach using the clips on the chip holder?

If you have the Case airflow, SI-97...

I used it until I managed to put a Sonic Tower on my 1700 (and Raised my clocks to 2623Mhz. Best I got with SI97 was 1597, not that far behind)

Bear in mind that this is a Benching only rig (Very LOUD!), and I run a lot of air over my heatsinks (about 650CFM)
