Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E

I currently have the Thermalright Silver Arrow SB-E CPU Cooler for my system, it does a great job, could do with it being a little bit quieter, however with its large size, i cannot use the top PCI-E slot on my board

Can anyone recommend a cooler that performs just as well, is smaller and perhaps quieter fans?

I currently have a Corsair Carbide 400R case and at some point in the near future I am looking at the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Full Tower Case

I doubt you will find a comparable cooling performance air cooler at smaller size. The only other option you could go for is probably AIO cooler, such as the Corsair H105/H110 for example.
