Thermalright Silver Arrow thermal paste

Should I use the paste that comes with the TR Silver Arrow or use some off a tube of MX-4 I've got lying around?

Also does the TR Silver Arrow paste require proofing?

CFIII is better, use that and no it requires no curing time

This. ^ Defo much better! Also this cooler is better than many of the cheap WC setups!
