yes it fits, you will probably find, the screw for screwing your motherboard to case(2nd from left) wont screw in, no big deal, sp-97 were and still are great coolers, still running one on nf7 folding

as mentioned above. it is a tight sqeeze but it does fit. i had to miss that scrfew out as well. bang on a 92mm fan and it does an amazing job. still the best quality heatsink iv seen. weighs a ton though so becarefull when transporting it.
