thermaltake armour top exhaust (with the 9.2cm fan)

hello there, i got my new thermaltake armour with 25cm side case fan (ITS GREAT!!! i love it)

and i was wondering if the top plastic bit for the top vent comes off the whole oval shape thing:



im hopeing it comes off so i can fit a 12cm fan on the top, (i hate buzzing little fans)

if you know if it does come off please reply, thanks :)

(allso i dno what that black bolt thing is on the picture its just a google one i searched for an example)
 
I doubt it will come off tbh, without making a bit of a mess

i didnt think my super armour was very noisy, maybe its just what im used too
that 92mm fan on the top, probabably makes a little more noise than the others because the grill it has to blow air through only has very small perforations, i wish they did the grill over the top fan more like the area around it
 
its not nessaseryly that its noisy, iv replaced all the fans for silent ones, i was just wondering if it came off so i could fit a 12cm fan on it, i hate small fans lol
 
i was thinking about drilling the top out and put an antec fan onto it the 20cm fan, and allso the side panel im thinking about cutting the three peice metal bits off and putting two 25cm fans because one alone is a bit weak.

allso thefront of the case iv allready modded it, iv got three 12cm fans down the front, and allso at the top rear were there was a 9.2cm fan iv removed the hdd cage holder and i modded the psu so that it was mounted further into the case a tiny bit, and iv fitted a 12cm fan on the back there.

my case is like a wind tounel lol, my case temp inside is only 18c at the moment, (room temp 15c)

heh, so i was just wondering if the top of the case came off without spoiling it
 
yup, what iv done is replaced all the fans in my case. and as for the top iv now managed to edit the case to fit a 12cm fan on the top and it has improved temps a bit supprisingly.

all my fans are fitted to speed ajusters and all my fans are over 12cm so there good airflow no noise :)

totally silent pc
