Ok, im having a hard decision between the akasa 62 eclipse and the thermaltake armour. Imo the akasa 62 is very ugly at the front, and the armor looks better. Why is the akasa better? Also if i was to buy the armour, will it come with fans or will i need to buy some for it. Im deffinitely leaning towards the armour

yea i saw your post and it does look mighty fine. I think im going to have to go with the armour for a few reasons. Every time i look at the front of the eclipse i shudder, its really really really ugly imo :(. And it doesnt come with fans or a window panel :( so id have to spend around 130 or more just to be happy. I do like the features of the eclipse such as removable motherboard tray and the other things. But the armour has the looks, fans, window, and price all in its favour.

Thanks for all the help though m8.

i would go for the akasa if it came with fans and a window though. But i cant justify the extra cost to buy fans and maybe a window. When i get case im getting a conroe bundle, 700 watt psu, new hdd. Gonna cost a bomb so im not looking really into spending more :)

Tell my dad that ;) He still wants me to save for driving lessonsr for when im 17 in 6 months. Ok on the akasa you say its not as tall bit makes up for it in width. Is it bigger than a armour at width? I would want the case to long as long as possible for future upgrades such as when graphic cards are the size of my keyboard :p. Is it all aluminium?

Ok, how many fans would i need for the akasa, nothing ott, but i would like a big one or two. I dont have a clue what fan to go for so could you help me find one please :) and if i do go for the case i would get the window from overclockers too. Also is there anything i should know, any things you dislike about it, or wish you had toe armour for?

My brain is overloading lol, i do like the akasa but with my white floppy drive and white cd drive with a dark black case and no door, its gonna look a bit odd(seen a pic and went eww) The armour just looks so good i love the window and even the front. I do like a bit of weight on a case, because someones when im a bit angry my case does slide a bit and its very heavy, all steel :p. Plus the armour has 4 fans with it from what i read at a competitor, excellent window imo and plenty of space and its taller than the akasa (i like big tall cases). I am deffinitely going to get the armour, unless you were to buy me the akasa then id get the window and fans :p

hmm i am beginning to think its not worth it either. But deffinitely armour still :) thanks for all the help you have given me m8 :D

on second thought i will get the one with the monster fan, it has to have some benefit to the case right?

lordy lordy lordy. Each time i open this thread my decision changes lol. To get the akasa and window and the 2 120 mm fans its £126. For the armor with 4 fans and window its £105. But i think i have finalllly made my decision. **** it im going for the akasa :). The side pic of your case pink floyd is just so good and i do want a nice build quality. I like on the akasa how you have to use tools to plug pci cards in and stuff. On the armor it looks like cheap plastic to clamp it down. Time to add the extra cost to the list so it now comes to a hefty £739. What have i got myself into lol

changed my mind again, i deffinitely have to go for the armor because of the cost, my dad isnt happy with me selling my current case and if i told him a new one would set me back 140 he would go mental. Armor it is :)

but its 138 quid :(. If it was an absoulte 100 % fact that the armor couldnt take my x-fi sound card well then i have to go for the akasa.

Good news, i have found the eclipse + window and 2 120 mm amber fans for a nice price so ill go for that deffinitely

im nearly 17 and my dad wants me to save for driving lessons, my perfect excuse is "When im not working i need something to do so i spend it on something i enjoy". But if i told him im spending £700 hed try and stop me but i cant be beaten mwahha.

really looking forward to have a nice looking case with some nice hardware inside :). Hopefully ill get £100 for my coolermaster atc and then sell my current cpu mobo and ram and it wont be as bad.
