Considering what Thermaltakes warranty policy is you may be due a free replacement.

Surely as its within a year of purchase you should be able to get a replacement

- Was 150 yds from OCUK - now 0.5 mile; they moved
Surely as its within a year of purchase you should be able to get a replacement
Incorrect - legally if a product becomes faulty, you are only entitled to a replacement within the first 28 days of receipt. However many manufacturers do offer swap outs for a longer period.
I would recommend the OP posts in our customer support section for help.
