I've just been given a brand new THERMALTAKE GAMING TOWER XaserV SERIES - WINGO V8000A. Any good? it is huge! I was just about to buy a Thermaltake Armour.

Haven't even opened it yet it's quite a big infact huge case like the Kandelf is.

Just wondering if anyone got this case as im thinking of putting my spec in there. Plenty of room inside it.

Had a xaser some years back. Liked the look of it then but it looks a bit too...er...cheap now think it was a xaser III or something. Any pics of the one you have?

Do you think it will fit my specs, bit concerned about the room between the psu and motherboard placing. I have a Zalman nVidia 9700 Fan in the correct way.

The original Xaser series was a copy of the Cheify Scorpio / Dragon chassis.

Xaser brings back memories of cases with bits that fell off when you walked by them, not a case name that gives me any sense of confidence.

Saved me purchasing a Thermaltake Armour. Brand New never been used taken it out of the box and it's huge hoping it will do the job nicely plenty of fans and dust filters, to be honest it's not a bad design or looking case plenty of accessories with it.

Will get some piccys when i've got it up and running awaiting on a PSU. If anyone got this case why not share some of your piccys of your setups.

one word for you 'Ugly' but hey it was free so you can't complain. If you'd gone out and chosen it I'm sure you would have had plenty of abuse by now but as a freebie it's not bad at all!

Just taken it out of the box, how's it ugly? looks alright to me has plenty of room too. Lot's of fans and dust filters seems a decent case to me, plus it was free and brand new shrink wrap still attached to the side window.
