Does anyone know if the icage will fit in my Super Tower Thermaltake V1000D?

Providing you have the free 5" bays, then it will fit just fine.

I have some big fans on the front of the case so I might be in luck

The fans you have do not make much difference at all as the cage fits into some CDrom slots.
