looking at buying this case as it fits a nice big rad in the front wondering if u can change the barbs on the rad that is pre installed as i have a 1/2 swiftech water block and pump and res

The case is OK but the fitted water-cooling components are average at best. Not worth buying to be honest. You'd be better off buying a case such as the Eclipse and buying proper components.

will the eclipse fit a 120.3 rad in the front ?

A Thermochill PA120.2 will be better than a Thermaltake 120.3.
