Looks like some peice of kit! Could be doing with a few more amps on the 12V rails though. Anyone have one of these?

But surely it's just a modular PSU with an extra cable and a box thingy to clutter things up? :confused:

Well instead of all stuff running out from one place, you have it devided into 3 sections.

Mainpower going out from top section, most hardware power can be controlled/attached from mid section a more natural place to have those cable attached.

The bottom section can control all the fan stuff, both case and mobo fans.

So you wont get less cables, actually a couple of extra ones, but it seems more natural and more easy to tidy up this way - due to natural positions.

This sort of thing has been done before - the higher power Seasonic MicroATX psu's have a split-out box to keep the actual PSU box size down. It could be very useful in smaller cases though.
