Just wanted to share my second experience with Thermaltake support.

I have a Thermaltake Element G case which is coming up to being 2 years old purchased from OCUK. It has 3 years warranty in total.

Anyway, this is the second time I have had to contact Thermaltake support with regards to the case and issues, this time it was the rear fan which had stopped working.

Just a word of warning do not use their web based ticketting system I never get a response from them via that, I have had on both occassions had to contact them via this address [email protected] and always get a response within 24 hours.

Have to say that when you do make contact they are very good at getting the issue sorted and they ship parts from Germany and it is very quick; 3 business days tracked is very good being that it is at no cost to the end user.
 
Have to say they had good customer service when I left a message through their web form.

3 day wait for a reply, but they sent me replacement rubber fan mounts for my Thermaltake Frio for free and without question which was excellent in my opinon. :)
 
They have always been good when i have needed to contact them. Last time was when the side fan on my TT spedo packed up, no questions just shipped me a new one, 4 days start to finish.
 
I've been trying for 3 days now. Ive emailed and used the Web form and now I've tried facebook and twitter as well but nothing. All I want to know is where I can get replacement modular cables!... not impressed so far.
