Thermaltake VB5001SNA Tai-Chi SuperMidi Tower Cooling

I have the Thermaltake VB5001SNA Tai-Chi SuperMidi Tower cooling case with built in water cooling.

And i was wondering at what sort of speeds i will be able to overclock my new conroe X6800 chip to.

I have seen a 3.66 stable overclock but im not sure if that was on water or air and what sort of level will this colling be able to achieve?

Will I be able to achieve 3.66?

Also should i just use the Zalman heatsink that i have? (the one with the figure of 8 space)?
