I dont know where the best place to post this question would be.
As it is to do with Watercooling i thought here but it could equally be posted in the case's thread.

Ok on to my querry

I,ve got a Thermochill PA240 rad (25mm spaced one) and bought a rad shroud for it as well as a Fan Grill for the roof of my case.
Ive got that setup and attached via the 4 screws that come with it, and ive got the screws i require to attach the fans to the shroud and they just catch the mounting holes in the rad.
Now when i eventually cut the required hole in the roof of my Lian-Li A20 and mount the rad to the roof, the screws i have will again just be catching the holes in the rad.(I mounting it with the fans in pull config.).
My worry is will the 4 screws that attach the shroud be strong enough to hold the rad in place when attached and full of water.
I have done a test fit of the rad + fans + shroud + grill and all is tight as but im still a little worried.

i always tap out my Thermochill RADs to a M4 screw size and but new ones as needed, other wise you have to use self tapping screws which are nice and pointy and can puncture it !!

Going by the last line of your post the shroud is in the wrong place. The idea of the shroud is to go between the rad and the fans in order to reduce the fan deadspot. Putting it where you have pretty much does nothing. Infact I'm now thinking this must be a typo as the thermochill shroud I have with my PA120.2 cannot be fitted as you describe as it is designed to screw into the SIDE of the rad, with the fans on top.

If the screws you are using are too long then use some washers to reduce the protrusion through the fan/shroud holes so they won't reach the rad.

4 screws will easily support the weight of a water filled rad.

Nope not a typo ive just put it together wrong
However you have also answered my main querry the 4 screws that hold the shroud to the rad will be fine in supporting the wieght of the rad once filled.
I will have to retest the screws i have for the fans this time with the fans in the correct place and make sure they still hold tight as

Edit: Well ive just changed the fans around so they are ontop of the shroud and attached everything with the screws i have and it seems even tighter now.
Now i have to get another of those neoprene gaskets for between the fans and the shroud
