These figures look ok for a baseline before I push oc further?

So I can't afford a dedicated gpu for a few weeks yet, so I thought I'd look at pushing my overclock further, all ive done so far is enable xmp and set cpu multi to 45.

Real bench temps peaked at 52c in a 15mins stress test which is pretty cool I think.
Haven't overclocked since my q6600 about ten years ago, so its a little different now, just want a double check.
