These Q6600 temps can't be right?

Hi all
A couple of days ago I got a new rig. All is well now after a bit of playing with the RAM voltages but I have noticed that my Q6600 temps seem very low in the bios.

The motherboard is a MSI P7N 780i diamond and the cooler is the tuniq tower 120. The Q6600 is currently clocked at 3Ghz and i am getting idle temps of 25c and load temps of 28c after playing crysis for an hour. These temps seem really low to me so i'm not sure if it is a problem with the MB or if its normal.

Also forgot to mention that the case is the Antec p182.

Any idea anyone?

Right did some tests last night on this. The CPU is a revision G0 and it idles at between 28c-30c across the 4 cores running at 3Ghz with a 1.264 core voltage. At load it jumps to between 39c-40c across the 4 cores. That seems a little more normal.

So if the temps are as they are above what sort of overclock can I get above the current 3Ghz I'm running do you recon?
