these safe max temps ?

1.375 vcore @2.7ghz


cpus idle 40c full load(orthos for 1hr) 57c
system idle 36c " " 38c


now normal use wont be as stressfull as that would it?

Temps are fine. You're right, normal use wouldn't replicate stress test conditions. Rarely anyway, and you're still within acceptable limits.

Nice o/c btw. I'd go for 2.8Ghz-2.9Ghz with a vcore increase. When the returns on speed start decreasing compared to the vcore increases you know you've maxed out. Keep stress test temps below 70c on that cpu.

yer happy that temps hae maxed out now, so i can releax once more just wish I had DFI board so I could hit 3.0ghz but well never mind not spending anymore cash on this pc. Time to start planning next one , this comp will be passed down to be boy when as and when its required/.
