These speakers worth the upgrade?

These are rear surrounds in a 7.1

Im thinking to replace with these - Monitor Audio Apex A10

In a straight A:B comparison, Apex A10 are a definite step up from the R90HD.

However, if using then in the context of a surround system as the sides or rears then I think you also have to consider the tonal balance from the front to the back of the room. If you still have the Tannoys up front, then the current R90HD will possibly sound brighter. Moving then to the Apex will make the rears stand out even more because they're livelier again.

I would compare them with settings at 80Hz and then 90Hz to see which sounds clearer.
