Just upped overclock to 3.2ghz now at 1.5v in bios

Temps at Idle are ok 33-35c

Temps after 10 min orthos large fft's

Temps after 10 min orthos small fft's max it hit was 70c!!

New super pi 1 meg time
Think this is bout right mem timings are 4-4-4-10 2T @800mhz

a bit high, though that is probably the voltage, you shouldnt NEED that much for 3.2Ghz, and if you do, you are probably better stepping it back a bit.

i get 3.5Ghz @ 1.425V on my E6400 (idle 43/Orthos load 54)
