been having a few lockups in cod2 and checked speedfan, ive been told i should consider geting my psu replaced as the voltages on the 12v line are pretty low.

antec neoHE 550 which according to ati is good enough to run an x1900xtx crossfire setup.

These look too low to anyone else?

Firstly, those voltages are a tad low but they're still within spec.

I would check with some other software and also the BIOS - for some reason SpeedFan and Sandra give me different readings to other tools such as the Asus Probe software. Even better, use a multimeter if you can - software readings aren't very reliable.

Bios says 11.90 for the 12v, a guy at rage3d is telling me 11.90 with no load isn't good at all. :(

It's fine. The ATX spec calls for a 5% tolerance. This means that the 12v line should be stable at as low as 11.4v and the 5v line should be ok even at 4.8v.
