Just trying to pin point a stuttering issue...

Other voltage readings didnt work, as the software didnt accept my dfi sli d

The vcore is higher than stock, which is fine if its supposed to be that way. 5v is way out but it wouldn't work if it was really that so i think either the software or measurement is out.

I doubt cpu voltage would have anything to do with a stuttering issue... can you describe it in more detail?

What psu are you using?

I agree it could be a software issue, looks like thats MBM5.

It is , anything i can use which would give me better readings and more upto date?

Here are my graphics card details

Its kinda upsetting because its being going on for so long and i cannot afford to spend any money on just trial and error!

BATTLEFIELD 2 - Hitching

THE MOVIES - Stuttering every 3 secs on scrolling

THE GUILD 2 - Stuttering on scrolling

OBLIVION - Skips on every second step movement , if i increase the HZ to 75 from 60 the skipping becomes less apparant , this is the same with Transport tycoon deluxe

That ones been problematic for a lot of people.
First step, update chipset and graphics drivers and run games with the affinity set to a single core.
If you can try a new psu or try unplugging some things.

Did all of that already hence those links, havent got another psu to try.. nor can i afford to buy another one just to test a theory

Not expecting you to go and buy one on my word, just saying if you have a spare or can borrow one then i think you should try it out.

What you can do is try unplugging things like harddisks and optical drives that aren't required to run the games to try and reduce the load on the psu and see if that makes a difference.

Also, as Jokester said, has it just started recently or has it always been like that?
If it started at the time of an upgrade that gives us something to go on.

Thost voltages look a bit better, so back to your problem. Have u tried different drivers, or did this start after u loaded new drivers ?

Well it started with my last system i thought it was due to low frame rates, so i thought an upgrade would sort it out... Everything was fine at first , then i noticed the odd stutter in bf2 and millions of errors in memtest, i then had fun trying to get ballistix to work good.. I got my rma'd ballistix back in and still millions of errors had to down clock em to work. The stutters remained, and the cpu wouldnt work beyond 1Xltd at overclocked.

So again i thought right thats it time to order a top of the range system for its time which is the one im using now got a new psu , new dual core cpu new board e.t.c. Everything was hunky dory for a few months then i started getting stuttering again Started to get depressed why this kept happening. Bought a new raptor thinking ide was too slow, then my stuttering got worse
checked my raptor and it was failing, it then died!

So i thought ahh just unlucky i guess , got myself a new hard drive no errors on drive it was 98% in good condition but the stutters remained!!. Checked my ballistix and sure enough it had gone faulty once more, bought some gskill prime passed / mem test passed AND STILL STUTTERED!!. I gave up it made me feel ill , it shouldnt do but the money i spent was putting me near into debt . Movies stuttered , games micro stuttered some just hitched. IN desperation i posted on 3 or 4 forums i even offered paypal , but everyone gave me the same ideas ( you tried dual core fix ) memtested ? prime stable?
are your temps good? :(

With components dying off like that i have to say that the psu is the most likely culprit imo
