I paid for 1 month of dvd rental but my account is canceled and they ain't opening it up. They have no telephone number to call only an email form. I sent email and I get 1 lines answers from someone who must be bored. Who do I contact to chase them up?

A bit more information would be useful.. Has the charge gone through? What were the one line answers? Have you asked for a refund etc.

The charged has been through. The online answers are like replying to 20% of what you wrote and ignoring the rest. I asked for a refund but got declined due to some lousy terms and conditions. The case as it stands now is that am charged with my account canceled :mad:

Send them a legal looking letter through the post threatening legal action if they do not refund your money.
