Am I right in thinking the new thief game doesn't fully support crossfire. Reason I ask is its only game now where my second GPU sits at 99℅ usage but clocks sit at 300mhz.

In directx am sure it does but in mantle it don't.

i dont get it in dx either my 2nd gpu never clocks above 300mhz at 99% usage while every other game that can use xfire runs perfectly as expected
