I'm learning at the moment. Real noob. I've done 2 hours pre-CBT and I have another session coming up.
Thing is I bought these ridiculous gloves more suited to track riders as opposed to someone like me pottering along on a 125 on an aerodrome.

I couldn't feel a thing through them. My instructor had some sheepskin gloves which were mega thin but I can't find anything like them.

Any ideas?? I've Googled summer gloves etc but nada.

Thanks

Weise airflow for me. They're the perforated leather style so when you're riding stops the hands getting sweaty. Very comfortable and light.

Go to a surviving HG store and try their selection. Pretty decent choice normally I think.

When I first switched from summer to winter gloves it was a bit off-putting, the loss of direct feel, though you soon get used to it.

I have a pair of Hein Gericke summer gloves and they are great in terms of feel and comfort, though I rarely wear them to be honest as they don't feel like they offer much protection compared to my RST gloves with carbon knuckles etc.

i got a cheapo pair of thin gloves for my pillion from j&s for 25 quid. ended up using them myself more as they were nice.

saved my hands in a 45mph crash but that was into dirt not tarmac, and some stitching on the velcro came loose, not sure i'd trust em fully but they are nice feel and comfort for cheap.
