Thin, light, laptop/ultrabook ~£400

Hi guys,

I've just started sixth form and my 4 year old laptop, weighing 4.2kg is an absolute burden... And so I'm looking for a worthy replacement.

Primarily, I'll just be using it for web browsing, and school work (word, PowerPoint, maybe some photoshop) but also some light gaming (hooray for free periods!!). I want it to be thin, and light, maybe with a screen size of around 12"-15"...

I'd like to have a higher end i3, or an i5 if possible, hard drive doesn't need to be huge, 320gb would be more than enough. Ram at least 4gb, and that's it really, don't need dedicated graphics.

I have a budget of around £400 to £500, but I'd like it to be as cheap as possible, for a decent laptop.

For 12'' look at used HP Elitebook range and with £400 you should get a nearly new example.
