things crashing on my PC for no reason HELP PLZ!!!

Things seem to be crashing on my PC for no reason that i can think of. It is things like:

AVG, Steam windows live messenger ect..


I try to install them again but Download Manager crashes on me also,

Please Help!!!!!!!!
 
Presumably, something is making you post virtually the same thing every 10 minutes?

Seriously though, your post is pretty vague. What do you mean by crash? What are your system specs? What have you installed recently? Is there any obvious virus activity? Is your system likely to be overheating?

Took my hard drive out and scanned it with AVG on another computer, found a few viruses but now clean. what i mean by crashing is, when i open up a program it stops responding straight away. When i try and reinstall the programs that are not responding and a thing called Download manager stop Responding and will not allow me to install anything.

CPU: Q6600
motherboard dont no lol
Graphics Card: 9600gt
 
Chances are if you scanned with AVG there are still things lurking. Try Malwarebytes in safe mode too, along with Hitman. That said, hardware spectres cannot be ruled out.
