I bought a nice Argon pack from overclockers in 2010 ( Argon Intel Core i3 550 3.20GHz @ 4.00GHz Overclocked Bundle ).
It has been running like a dream for years, in the last month I decided to give my graphics an upgrade to an Asus Geforce 970.

I've reset the bios to normal ( not overclocked ), all I can see now is 8gb out of my 16gb memory. And now the system powers on, fans spin then it turns off.

I thought perhaps it was the CPU saving itself, so have fitted a new heatsink, still only seeing half the memory.

I tried reseating the CPU yesterday and no have the power on and off saga :(

Any suggestions, I don't really want to buy a new motherboard, cpu, memory combo as I dont have the cash after ugrading the graphics card :(

Well tried re-seating the cpu again, all i get now is the system powering on, fans spinning, then cutting out.

Looks like I'm going to have to get a new motherboard bundle. As I'm not getting any life out of the system now :(
