for me, there are the 3 most annoying things
1) Kids on scooters. They're 16 and have a 5bhp scooter and think they're God. They drive through red lights, insist on talking to each other as they ride next to each other (not looking where they are goin) , and generally think they're invincible cutting in and out of traffic like it wont kill them if they get hit.
2) blockers. Your in a side street waiting to pull out, theres a gap in the traffic, but the guy at the back of the gap speeds up to close the gap up, as hes driving towards red lights
FFS man, just let the guy out, your going nowhere !
3) idiots in the wrong lane. They know full well that lane is a right filter only, but they still they fancy a chance at racing you off the lights, cutting you up in the process. 3 lanes filtering into 2 is one thing, but right/left filter lanes at traffic lights are what really gets me.
