Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm

It was always on quite a bit of land, you drive through a "track" to reach it. Lots of space. Really, really sad. The previous landlords were crap at marketing it properly though.
 
A tragic tale of a historic building that has stood for hundreds of years, only to catch fire and burn down shortly after a developer bought it.

(Then again given that they apparently already lost control of the pub (and it was closed?) as a result of a break in + the sale to a developer I'm not sure the fire has much relevance to their or the staff's current predicament).
