Things to do in Torquay and surrounding areas

Hi all,

I am going to Torquay on 4th August for a week with the fiancée for her birthday. What are the must sees in that area?

We will be going to:

Kents Cavern
Dartmouth Steam Railway
Lots of bars/restaurants most likely
And that's about all we have planned for now.

I'd like to visit a brewery if there is one in the area?

We will have a car so travelling isn't an issue.

Coasteering at Anstey's cove is great fun. Snorkeling there is also good.

Tuckers Maltings in Newton Abbot may be of interest, they have guided tours - the smell in there is quite unique!

Any one know if there is public transport from Torquay to Newton Abbot?
