Going on holiday tomorrow. Worrying about have I packed this and that.

Have you forgotten something which either: unable to go on holiday, think, I can get it locally and costing about 4 times as much - friend did that with sun lotion. £5 in the supermarket at home, €20 for same thing. Or had to contact an organisation as forgot to pack medication.

Plus were you one of those people who packed their passport in check in suitcase and open up suitcase? Why do those people always have their undies on the top?

Your friend sounds like he used a hotel shop or tourist supermarket.

Sunscreen is basically the same cost as the UK in most European countries.

If you have to forget anything, please make it your overly judgemental disposition of others... Try and enjoy your holiday and stop being such a miserable cow...

went on holiday

forgot to take swimming trunks.

spent first three days of a 10 day holiday trying to find somewhere that sells swimming trunks. I remember it being nuclear hot weather and i could not cool down in the pool . i did not help our hotel was in the middle of no where, without any shops near by that sell them

My wife packs her case about 3 times and always takes too much.

I always say to her that as long as you have your passport, wallet and phone you can get most other things you need when you are there.

Don’t forget to take a few customers from the supermarket so you’ve got some stories for new threads later in the week.
I have not packed any!

On the subject of customers and holidays, my colleague went on holiday and at luggage carousel, she felt a tap on the shoulder. Turned round and it was a customer (no longer with us) moaning about something we don’t stock anymore!

Colleague was pleased to discover that he was staying at a resort on the other side of the island!

Last year I wrote a checklist of things to pack/check....but I didn't add my wallet to the list, realised as I was parking up at the airport

Luckily Google pay doesn't have a daily limit on transactions and my misses had hers which was nice for once :D
