Think i have a problem

Somtime's when watching media player or playing game's it freeze's for a split second and sound sort of get's stuck and then it continue's on playing like nothing happened, Well till the next time that is(5-15 min gap's between stutter).I thought it might have been my overclock which was stable in ORTHOS for over 8 hour's at 3.22ghz running the blend test so i under clocked it last night to 3ghz and tightenmy ram timming's to 4-4-4-12 and ran ORTHOS blend test which again was stable for over 8 hour'sand it's still happening

What could cause this?

The only way I got my e6300 running at those speeds is by putting the vcore up to 1.35v

It's disabled, Suppose it could be my hardrive Maxtor 6L200M0?.Back when i brought a PC from ebay this is the drive it came with which say's it all i guess.Could this cause the stutter?

I've set it to 1.35, Hopfully your correct
