My computer has been sooooo unstable since i upgraded. I decided to run MemTest and im not even 2% of a gig of memory and have had 49 errors so far!!!! LOL

I have 4 1gb sticks of GeIL PC2-6400C4 800MHz

How do i find out which stick is dodgy?

But i really need my computer at the mo as i have a lot of college work! lol Is there a program to test each stick individually?

Thanks for the advice! 1 of the 4 sticks was dodgy so I have put 2 back in and will RMA the other 2! Hopefully my random crashes should stop!

Thanks again.

Yeah i thought it may have been over/under so i set it to 2.1v which is what it says on the sticks. But it still reads at 1.8v on Speedfan. But i havnt crashed yet (touch wood) but if i do i might have a play with the voltages.

Well it was stable up until now! Just crashed but memtest isnt showing any errors! Just when i thought i had figured out my random crashes :(

Oh and i cant even get it to boot at 2.3v now tryin 2.2v

I have an Asus P5KC and i have just done orthos and no errors in 6 hours 30 mins so im not sure its the RAM or the CPU. Got a feeling its could be Graphics Card related.

I did a Blend test. I found the stick that was causing the errors and removed it and just left 2 of 4 sticks in the mobo.

Memtest has no problems now
