Think iv just lost all contacts for the supervisor.

Hoping you can help.

I have just tried changing an existing blackberry's enterprise account to a new email address etc etc. This was my first time iv done this without starting it on a new handset etc.

Set them all up but now the phones lost all the previous contacts. What did i do? Any way of getting them back? Please help and save my ass :rolleyes::D
 
Why do people do this??????

Makes me want to kerb stomp peoples faces into the edge of their desks when they delete and recreate user accounts, its so incredibly dumb when its far easier just to amend the account than deal with all the issues around the fact that the user now has a new SID

The account apparently should never have been used - apparently i was told wrong.

But i bet your 'one of those guys' that never make mistakes :cool:

OP, you might have some problems with people emailing your user using their autocomplete's in Outlook.

Yeah, all in good experience. Its a warehouse phone so luckily not that important. could have been the MD's which i was sorting the day before.
