Evening all,

Everytime i open up a page in safari that has login boxes or password fields etc etc i get an error saying A keychain cannot be found to store 'Safari' and it gives me the opportunity to either "reset" or "cancel".

I've tried both to no avail. I've gone to applications>keychain etc and all my keychains appear to have disappeared!

Any ideas? Or is it a time machine jobby?

Cheers,

Tom

Try resetting keychain, it goes wonky some times, I have lost the lot before because it would not see the stuff in there, in any app, despite being there. Should also reset .mac.

Heh - I had the same problems... apparently its a firefox error - but iono - as I've been using safari!

O/T but time machine / time capsule restore was seamless!

Cheers dude :)

Heh - no problems at all!

Although the initial backup takes a while - restoring is such a simple, unconvoluted (unlike that word!:)) process.

Although not perfect by any stretch of the imagination - (i dont know who decided on 12 minutes being optimal between each backup!) and I'm hoping that apple sort this out in a software update to give the user more control...

But its so unassuming when it carries out the backup that the only thing you notice is the spinny time machine logo in the bar...

Its kewl :)
