think ive got a ram problem!

Ive got XMS3 2x4GB sticks running in dual channel, ive currently got my CPU at 4.8GB intel burn test stable but i noticed today that my ram is only running at 800mhz when its the 1600mhz version! ive only had this system over a week and im completely new to z68 boards as ive just come from an old Q9550!

Heres some piccys to show u better

all i changed in the bios was by selecting the XMS3 Profile

Motherboard is Asrock Extreme4 Gen3

so is this right if not how do i go about fixing it?

You need to double what CPU-z shows

Your running the ram at 1600mhz.

OP, as RJC said you need to double what CPU-Z shows so 2 x 800MHz = 1600MHz.

You need to double it as the RAM is DDR (Double Data Rate).

Hopefully that makes it a little clearer.
