think my cards on its way out

My start up and out of sleep now do the following in the video any one seen this before and is it about to die ?

I would say that yes, your card is probably dying.

But first, I would try the following;

A different cable
A different output off the card
reinstall drivers
Try older drivers
reinstall windows

You could also try underclocking the Vram. That might make it stable again for now.

Yeah going to try my best to make sure its not anything else but right at the begining of post its flashes the lines which you can see right at the start of my video so its not looking good.
The card is just about in Warranty so not sure where i stand, i guess i should get to the bottom of this soon.

Doesn't look good, if there's no much warranty left, I'd start the process now whilst you rule out the above options, if it's that close. You can always cancel the warranty return.

Try removing and reseating the card in the same and any other PCI-E slots.

Thank for the advise but in the end this turned out to be the monitor.
The Capacitors have gone bad on the power board in the moinitor so i have ordered 2 new ones for a few quid.
