stock fan speed is set to full on in bios not sure what the case is its just a small cheap one case just has a fan at the back pulling air out as there is no mounting for fans at the front

From the description it would appear that there are a pair of 120mm fan positions at the front of the case but they are probably empty as it doesn't say included like it does for the rear position. Fit one or two intake fans at the front which will improve airflow a lot. Also get rid of the awful stock cooler and get a decent one such as the excellent Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo which is on offer until around lunchtime tomorrow.

Thanks for the reply i have now see that there are 2 x 120mm fans that can be fitted at the front so going to do that have also orderd a h45 water cooler for the cpu and a new cooler for my gpu so hope this should sort out my problems will post some new images after the upgrade to show the difference thanks everyone for the help A*****

How long has the CPU heatsink been on there for, could it benefit with some fresh thermal paste? Cheap fix worth trying first.

But that cooler master heatsink will be an improvement anyway over a stock cooler, it's a decent heatsink.

I wouldn't bother upgrading your gpu cooler unless that's running hot too and you run out of options. From the screen shot it looks like the CPU cooler or the thermal paste is the issue, the gpu is probably fine, so return that, or cancel that part of the order if you've already paid for it, until you know more.
